Customer Support Associate - Linistry - Tailored Digital Queue Management for Enterprises

We are looking for a new Customer Support Associate to join the Support team!

Main tasks:

  • Handling and investigating incoming customer complaints and questions
  • Responding to customer enquiries received via e-mail
  • Diagnosing technical problems, troubleshooting and handling customer reports
  • Tracking lifecycle of tickets, striving for a fast and professional resolution
  • Working with developers to resolve complex errors
  • Providing user feedback to the product development team
  • Collaborating with partner departments and external partners
  • Accurately preparing and collecting necessary data to investigate tickets
  • Preparing reports
  • Recording changes of existing customer data
  • Administrating asset movements in the system

Requirements:

  • At least secondary education
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar job (preferably in IT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Empathy
  • English language skills (most of our clients are Hungarian, but we need to communicate with foreign clients in English)
