We are looking for a new Customer Support Associate to join the Support team!
Main tasks:
- Handling and investigating incoming customer complaints and questions
- Responding to customer enquiries received via e-mail
- Diagnosing technical problems, troubleshooting and handling customer reports
- Tracking lifecycle of tickets, striving for a fast and professional resolution
- Working with developers to resolve complex errors
- Providing user feedback to the product development team
- Collaborating with partner departments and external partners
- Accurately preparing and collecting necessary data to investigate tickets
- Preparing reports
- Recording changes of existing customer data
- Administrating asset movements in the system
Requirements:
- At least secondary education
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar job (preferably in IT)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Empathy
- English language skills (most of our clients are Hungarian, but we need to communicate with foreign clients in English)
