Customer Support & Testing Specialist
We are looking for a new team member who enjoys helping customers and diving deep into manual software testing. At Linistry, support and testing go hand in hand – because those who truly know the system can provide the most effective help.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting customers and partners in Hungarian and English (phone, email, chat)
- Clarifying questions, understanding problems, and providing solution recommendations
- Manual testing of Linistry’s digital systems
- Documenting testing experiences and providing feedback to developers
- Updating and maintaining system documentation
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- Have a university degree
- Learn quickly, adapt well, and aren’t intimidated by complex systems
- Think logically and systematically
- Are patient, precise, and efficient – details matter, but you don’t get lost in them
- Communicate confidently both verbally and in writing in Hungarian and English
- Are interested in IT systems and don’t mind figuring out how new software works
- Enjoy helping others but can also work independently
- Have solid Office skills and basic IT user knowledge
