We are looking for a new team member who enjoys helping customers and diving deep into manual software testing. At Linistry, support and testing go hand in hand – because those who truly know the system can provide the most effective help.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting customers and partners in Hungarian and English (phone, email, chat)
  • Clarifying questions, understanding problems, and providing solution recommendations
  • Manual testing of Linistry’s digital systems
  • Documenting testing experiences and providing feedback to developers
  • Updating and maintaining system documentation
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
  • Have a university degree
  • Learn quickly, adapt well, and aren’t intimidated by complex systems
  • Think logically and systematically
  • Are patient, precise, and efficient – details matter, but you don’t get lost in them
  • Communicate confidently both verbally and in writing in Hungarian and English
  • Are interested in IT systems and don’t mind figuring out how new software works
  • Enjoy helping others but can also work independently
  • Have solid Office skills and basic IT user knowledge
