Color-Coded Performance Intelligence

Below the map, a status bar provides a comprehensive overview of visible branches based on your current filters, giving you immediate access to key performance data. From here, you can access detailed reporting that highlights the five worst-performing stores in terms of average waiting time – presented in an easy-to-read color-coded table.

Each branch group can be assigned custom threshold values that determine the color-coding system. These thresholds are organized by queue categories – predefined groups containing similar operational units throughout your network. These threshold values remain fully adjustable, giving you the flexibility to refine your monitoring criteria as your business evolves.
